Reporting into the Global Head of Reward and Analytics, this is a new role to support the global Reward strategy. You will be working for a mid-sized Technology business in West London. This is a really innovative company, who provide a great platform and opportunity for the right person to grow and develop, working with a hard-working, high-performing individuals.

Ideally you will have come from a fast-paced, complex, global business - Technology or FMCG would be the most relevant, but we are open. The most important thing is that you are able to work in a complex, matrixed, global environment.

Responsibilities include:

* Develop strategy around Short and Long Term Incentive Plans, Salary, and other forms of financial reward recognition
* Ensure that all plans and polices are aligned with the business strategy and support the attraction and retention of the best talent, and deliver value for money
* Deliver efficient annual budgeting, salary reviews, promotions and other reward processes
* Develop global reward policies and guidelines, and identify opportunities to improve the offering
* Develop relationships with global business leaders, and partner with HR and the Business to understand requirements and deliver appropriate solutions specific to geographies, job families and markets
* Manage relationship with external providers

The successful candidate ill have skills in Reward strategy and planning, compensation and benefits policy, processes and benchmarking, global mobility policies and procedures, ER, tax and performance management. They will have strong change management and project management skills, data analysis and modelling, stakeholder management and financial analysis skills, as well as being highly commercial.

Personality wise, we are looking for someone who is loyal and motivational, builds relationships easily, likes a challenge, strives for excellence and likes to problem solve. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and be able to act quickly on new ideas. You will enjoy working in a team.
