Our client, who is a specialist in their area, developing luxury products for direct to consumer trade are looking for a Bottling/Packaging Operative to manage all aspects of their bottling process.

Fantastic opportunity to join an exciting and well-respected business based near Shipston-on-Stour on a full-time basis. We are looking for an experienced Bottling/Production Operative to join this busy team.

Key Accountabilities for the Bottling/Packaging Operative:

·Comfortable operating all equipment within the plant
·Continuous compliance with safety, sanitation, quality and housekeeping processes
·Performing machine and equipment changeovers
·Continuous monitoring of equipment maintenance
·Equipment inspections as and when necessary
·Maintain optimum machine performance through regular cleaning and troubleshooting
·Identify and repair and substandard packages - restacking, resealing etc
·Loading and packaging equipment and supplies

Key competencies for the Bottling/Production Operative:
·Engaged, enthusiastic team player
·Use to a fast-paced environment
·Prior experience of working with bottling/packaging equipment
·Professional mindset, excellent communication skills
·Aptitude for mechanical understanding
·Due to rural location, own transport is necessary
