Legit Claims is an IT Start Up based in London, offering digital marketing and business lead generation services to Law firms. To avoid any confusion Legit Claims is not a claim handling company.


We are looking for a competitive sales executive to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services. As an sales executive you will also research sales competition.


·         “Get the sale” using various new client sales methods (cold calling, presentations etc)

·         Develop “out of the box” sales strategies and evaluate their effectiveness

·         Ability to negotiate and close new business opportunities

·         Build productive long lasting Client relationships

·         Meet given personal and team sales targets

·         Generate or follow through sales leads

·         Attend and Conduct  F2F meetings with Business Clients

·         Candidate is keeping up to date with digital industry to be commercially aware to maximize opportunities.

·         Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data

·         Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory


·         Proven B2B sales experience

·         Excellent negotiator

·         Track record of over-achieving quota

·         Experience working with a Sales CRM system

·         Familiarity with different sales techniques

·         High standard of written English and presentation skills

·         Computer use competency

·         Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

·         Soft skills required: Self-motivated and driven. Dynamic, energetic, ambitious, positive and enthusiastic

·         BA/BS degree or equivalent
