Job Description


We are a nationwide refrigeration and building services business which is committed to providing the very best customer service to our ever growing retail customer base.

To support this continued growth A1 is actively looking to recruit a

SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR to be based in our Warrington office.

Roles & Responsibilities

Answering phones within busy office
Accept jobs from Verisae, Ostara, RDM etc (customer systems)
Log jobs on CLIK and ensure fault codes are selected
Raise purchase orders through job
Update job progress on CLIK
Allocate calls to service engineers
Update customer system with job ETA’s
Update customer system with part ETA’s
Update dashboards in office with parts required
Manage day-to-day call process from inception to completion
Update client managing agent with paused parts daily
Update client managing agent on jobs daily
Chase suppliers for parts daily
Goal: Ensure parts are fitted within 24 – 72hrs of part failing or escalate to Account Manager
Populate customer Key Performance Indicator spreadsheet daily
Deal with customer issues & complaints - 1st point of call
Work with Account Manager to populate and manage PPM trackers
Produce quotes for specific customers, Account Manager to approve

Candidates should ideally have previous experience working in a busy environment on the telephone and using various computer software however training will be given. Enthusiasm, team work, good work ethic and excellent communication skills are essential. Applicants will be expected to work on their own and as part of the team.
