About the Position

Utilize your experience and expertise in a dynamic international organization – in a position where you will be key point of contact to customers from all parts of the world.

As Customer Service and Product Manager you will be dedicated to several service projects and customers throughout the sales, tender and negotiation phase and continue the responsibility through the Service phase for larger wind projects. You will also be involved in defining our service products and ensure full implementation throughout the organization and stakeholders.

You will be part of the Service organization, reporting directly to head of Service and working closely with a large team consisting of highly skilled colleagues with qualifications in professional capacities such as technology, quality, legal, construction, and HSE.

Responsibilities and tasks

You will have the strategic and tactical ownership of the customer throughout the service phase, maintaining awareness of ongoing activities through the value chain for the customer. Closely related to this, you will control our service products together with Service Management team and business stakeholders, defining and developing service offerings are both competitive and commercial strong.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will be to:

  • Be overall point of contact to and serve as point of escalation towards the customer
  • Head, lead and close Service Warranty Agreements (SWA) negotiations during tender phase.
  • Renegotiate SWA agreements extensions
  • Approach and sell additional service offerings to service customers
  • Understand the customer’s business strategy and challenges to find service solutions
  • Map, build and strengthen relationships to key stakeholders in the customers’ organization
  • Manage and head monthly meetings with customer accounts
  • Ensure monthly and yearly finalization and sign-off of performance targets with customers
  • Ensure monthly, quarterly and yearly invoicing of service warranty agreements to end customers
  • Identify and implement new ways of adapting to customer needs while minimizing Envision risk and maximizing our profit
  • Head service product development and definition
  • Ensure service product are highly competitive from a commercial and customer perspective
  • Engage in negotiations with the Contracting team when required and continue to develop and improve the contractual framework/basis with customer
  • Ensure calculation tools, marketing and other sales materials are available
  • Head and ensure that our service products are fully implemented through the organization
  • Secure compliance with Envision internal processes and guidelines

Professional qualifications

You have at least 3-5 year experience from the service wind industry and significant track record from leading service contract negotiations and/or service product developments. You have vast customer interaction experience for large and complex customers, excellent business understanding and technical insight.

You have a commercial education and strong contractual and/or product understanding.

Your background is from a similar position and are preferably today working within the wind industry.

Personal skills

You are a strong relation builder, experienced with long-term customer relationships. You have excellent communication skills, can keep hold of the big picture and second to none at working at all levels in an organization from CEOs to subject matter experts across the value chain.

It is second nature for you to take the lead, maintain momentum and deliver results while ensuring the best possible collaboration and stakeholder management.

Additional information

Your primary work location will be Hamburg, Germany and you must expect 60-80 travel days per year – mainly in Europe, South America and Asia pacific regions.
